官山白颈长尾雉活动区域海拔高度的季节变化及其影响因素

2005年7月至2006年12月,采用无线电遥测的方法在江西官山国家级自然保护区内对5只白颈长尾雉（Syrmaticus ellioti）的活动区域进行了跟踪监测,结合GIS技术和样方法分析其活动区域的海拔高度随季节变化的影响因素。结果表明：海拔400-600m为白颈长尾雉全年最适活动带,其主要活动区域的海拔高度呈现明显的季节变化：夏秋季最高,春季次之,冬季最低。水源是其冬季喜欢在低海拔区域活动的最主要原因;而距林缘距离、灌木数量、灌木种数、灌木盖度等与增加食物丰富度和隐蔽度相关的因子是促使它们在春季和夏秋季倾向于在高海拔区域活动的主要因素。     

Structure-based design, synthesis, and biological evaluation of peptidomimetic SARS-CoV 3CLpro inhibitors

Structure-based design, synthesis, and biological evaluation of a series of peptidomimetic severe acute respiratory syndrome-coronavirus chymotrypsin-like protease inhibitors are described. These inhibitors were designed and synthesized based upon our X-ray crystal structure of inhibitor 1 bound to SARS-CoV 3CLpro. Incorporation of Boc-Ser as the P(4)-ligand resulted in enhanced SARS-CoV 3CLpro inhibitory activity. Structural analysis of the inhibitor-bound X-ray structure revealed high binding affinity toward the enzyme.     

Design and synthesis of a novel class of furan-based molecules as potential 20S proteasome inhibitors

A novel class of furan-based compounds as potential 20S proteasome inhibitors have been designed and synthesized, among which nine compounds are peptide derivatives and six molecules are statine peptidomimetics. The C-terminal furanyl moiety was introduced to target molecules as furan-based amino acids. All the compounds were obtained steadily with moderate to high yield. Compound 12 was a selective moderate potent proteasome peptidomimetic inhibitor. It inhibited HepG2 and HL-60 proliferation effectively.     

Structural roles of monovalent cations in the HDV ribozyme

The hepatitis delta virus (HDV) ribozyme catalyzes viral RNA self-cleavage through general acid-base chemistry in which an active-site cytidine and at least one metal ion are involved. Monovalent metal ions support slow catalysis and were proposed to substitute for structural, but not catalytic, divalent metal ions in the RNA. To investigate the role of monovalent cations in ribozyme structure and function, we determined the crystal structure of the precursor HDV ribozyme in the presence of thallium ions (Tl(+)). Two Tl(+) ions can occupy a previously observed divalent metal ion hexahydrate-binding site located near the scissile phosphate, but are easily competed away by cobalt hexammine, a magnesium hexahydrate mimic and potent reaction inhibitor. Intriguingly, a third Tl(+) ion forms direct inner-sphere contacts with the ribose 2'-OH nucleophile and the pro-S(p) scissile phosphate oxygen. We discuss possible structural and catalytic implications of monovalent cation binding for the HDV ribozyme mechanism.     

Soybean oil methyl esters preparation using NaX zeolites loaded with KOH as a heterogeneous catalyst

The transesterification of soybean oil with methanol to methyl esters was carried out using NaX zeolites loaded with KOH as a solid base catalyst. Best result was obtained with NaX zeolite loaded with 10% KOH, followed by heating at 393 K for 3 h. When the transesterification reaction was carried out at reflux of methanol (338 K), with a 10:1 molar ratio of methanol to soybean oil, a reaction time of 8 h and a catalyst amount of 3 wt.%, the conversion of soybean oil was 85.6%.     

64层螺旋CT血管造影在胸部大血管成像中的临床应用

目的探讨64层螺旋CT血管造影在胸部大血管成像的临床应用价值。方法回顾分析了112例患者行64层螺旋CT胸部大血管造影资料,以临床手术或随访结果为金标准,进行图像分析。结果CT能够显示主动脉、肺动静脉的结构,可以诊断主动脉夹层、主动脉瘤、肺栓塞、先天性心脏病等多种大血管病变,诊断准确率100%。结论64层CT血管造影扫描速度快、安全、准确,是胸部大血管病变的首选方法。     

基于Visual C#语言的DICOM标准医学图像的显示和实现

介绍DICOM3.0医学图像文件的格式和C#语言的特点,首次利用Visual C#语言对该标准的图像进行显示和处理,能够直接读取DICOM格式原始图像数据,并可批量转换成BMP等格式进行处理,此项工作可为医学图像处理研究及相关医学图像软件开发奠定基础。

对党参细胞染色体进行了核型分析。研究表明,党参染色体数为2 n=16。染色体的核型为2n=12m 4 sm=16。第1、2、3、4、5、8对是中间着丝粒染色体(m);第6对和第7对染色体属于近中着丝点染色体,未观察到有携带随体的染色体存在。
